Sylvie Pilotte is an emerging artist who lives and works in New Brunswick. Her artistic practice is nourished by the graphic arts she studied in Montreal, and by her penchant for illustration. She uses collage as her primary technique for exploring social and environmental themes where she questions the values that underlie our way of life.
Studio Watch Emerging artist in the 2016 edition of the Beaverbrook Art Gallery, Sylvie is building her artistic career by working with senior artists. Her works are part of private and public collections such as the New Brunswick Art Bank and the Collection of the Louise-et-Reuben-Cohen Art Gallery of the University of Moncton.
