Joanne Savoie

Joanne Savoie is a professional artist from New Brunswick who now lives in Ottawa.

Her "dreamy impressionistic" style allies fiction and reality, combining illusions and images which breathes life into her paintings.

Joanne's acute sense of observation and wild imagination provides for intriguing subjects and whimsical scenes. She is especially known for her acclaimed "Foot Soldiers" series.

Her paintings have been exhibited in galleries in France, Belgium, Italy, Spain, USA and Canada.

Joanne's work has been sold throughout Canada, the United States, Europe and China. Among her art collectors are the Lord Elgin Hotel in Ottawa and the Government of Canada.

She is currently represented by the Ward-Nasse Gallery in New York. Her work is also presently exhibited at the Caisse populaire Trillium in Ottawa, at Sonart in Gatineau (Aylmer) Quebec, at the Ottawa International Airport (Artmode Gallery) and at many other venues.
